CASE STUDY 1: Asset & Property Management
Participated in the repositioning of a portfolio of 25 super-regional shopping centers. Implemented a value creation strategy. Results: Increase in net cash-flow by nearly 20% over the entire portfolio; value creation was captured by the sale of the properties for $3B.
CASE STUDY 2: Financial Analysis
Prepared all financial projections and return analysis as a critical team member responding to an RFP to participate as the development partner in a key project. Succeeded in creating a greater level of detail and design than other companies in consideration for this $450M project. Results: Individual efforts were recognized by superiors as the key reason for being selected for project by partner.
CASE STUDY 3: Development Projects
Identified the concerns of a local “no growth” government opposed to the development of a prime site. Created and presented sample site plans and revenue models addressing these issues and demonstrated that $400-$500M tax revenues would come to the city/state over a 40 year period. Results: Unanimous vote (7-0) by the city council in support of this $120M project on the site.
